Fridays in the Forest – Let the adventure begin!
Every Friday our students have the chance to bring the week’s learning to life, testing their skills and deepening their understanding through direct experience.
The forest offers a rich immersive, and multisensory learning environment.
Hands-on activities spark curiosity and foster growth—physical, social, and intellectual.
We guide our young explorers to develop a sense of care and responsibility for the natural world, encouraging them to protect it by truly getting to know it.
Along woodland paths, they discover plants and animals, observe life in the undergrowth and streams, and connect with the wild beauty around them.
Here, Mother Nature becomes their teacher.
The experience is deepened through practical skills: lighting fires, cooking, building shelters, creating tools and toys—all using the raw materials nature provides.
In the afternoon, rope-based play supports the development of balance, agility, strength, perseverance, courage, social skills, and focus.
This precious outdoor classroom is made possible thanks to the generous use of the forest, located on the grounds of the La Piombaia Biodynamic Farm, owned by the Cantini family—to whom we are deeply grateful.
