At Poggio d'Oro the role of the teacher is to guide each child in discovering their unique talents and nurturing their individual interests. The responsibility of the adults is to offer essential knowledge and tools that support and strengthen the learning journey - both individually and as a group - while using their experience to encourage meaningful peer interaction and growth.
